Anderson Underground was founded in 2004 and began as a family-operated business with a focus on underground utilities and directional drilling. Inspired by the founderβs entrepreneurial father and a strong family legacy, the company began with just one drill, handshake agreements and strong, personal relationships with clients.Β
As the company grew, Anderson Underground remained committed to its core values of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities, invested in a skilled workforce, and earned a reputation as a trusted name in the Midwestβs underground infrastructure.Β
Today, we continue to build on that foundation by offering expert solutions for broadband, utilities, and renewable energy projects while fostering lasting relationships with clients and employees alike. Our growth is a testament to the dedication to excellence that began with a day one vision and continues to guide us every day.
Anderson Underground delivers high-quality underground utility solutions while fostering long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients and employees. At the heart of our mission is our commitment to being a company that clients can rely on for consistent, valuable service delivered with integrity.
β¨We invest in advanced underground drilling technology, allowing us to handle complex terrain and deliver quality results in any environment.
Strong relationships, real-time communication, and customized solutions ensure every project meets our clientsβ unique needs.
With 20+ years of hands-on experience and 5,000 miles installed in the Central U.S., we are able to navigate rocky terrain and extreme weather challenges to deliver efficient, high-quality installations.
From the first consultation to project completion, we deliver precise, reliable, and top-quality results.
We follow strict OSHA standards, conduct rigorous training, utilize damage prevention technology, and enforce proactive risk mitigation to protect our crew, clients, and communities. Highlighting our commitment to safety, Captive Insurance Risk Control honored us with three 2024 awards: Risk Control of Merit, Fleet Safety, and Most Improved.
Our leadership team isnβt just overseeing projects – theyβre in the trenches themselves, building relationships, and ensuring every job meets the highest possible standards.Β
Anderson Underground is rooted in a family-run business and continually driven by a legacy of integrity. Our leadership team is personally involved in every aspect of operations, from maintaining strong client connections to ensuring precision and efficiency on-site.Β
Early on, an important lesson shaped our approach. After a client was left frustrated over a warranty issue, our founder knew that communication is just as important as the work itself. Since then, proactive communication and strong relationships have been at the core of everything we do.
Today, we stay ahead by keeping projects on track, solving problems before they occur, and ensuring our clients always feel prioritized and informed. Itβs what makes Anderson Underground the trusted name in underground construction.
